About Buying From Us

About Processing Orders

Orders will be processed at least 1 working day after, and all shipments are scheduled to go out every Wednesday.

So if you purchased something on a Wednesday morning, your order will only be processed the next day and will be due for shipment the following Wednesday.


About Packaging, Shipping, and Taxes

All items will be packaged and protected with recycled packaging (including boxes, bubble wrap, etc) to ensure the safest delivery.

We ship worldwide from Malaysia!

All items will be shipped via Standard Shipping with tracking.

For Express Shipping (via DHL Express), kindly contact us via the form in our side bar or email us at theopulenthippo@gmail.com and we will work with you from there.

Once the shipment reaches your country, other applicable taxes and additional fees are to be settled by the buyer.


About Returns and Refunds

Strictly NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS, unless we have sent you the wrong item.

In that case, we will bear the shipping cost from your location to ours as discussed and agreed upon.

Once we have received the wrong item in the same condition as it has been shipped out, we will ship the correct item to you without any additional charges.
